I accept cancellations and order changes within 24 hours after purchase. If 24 hours have passed and the item has not yet shipped your cancellation or order change request may be honored.

Returns and Exchanges
For returns and exchanges, you may use Self-Serve Returns or contact me within 30 days of receipt of your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged and Defective Items
For damaged or defective items please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item.

To start a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or text (920) 343-6412 with your order number. For damaged or defective items please send a clear picture(s) of packaging and items.
A return label will be provided to you, to return/exchange your item. Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
I will also notify you of the status of your refund or exchange within 3-4 business days.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
